Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here’s how our returns and refunds process works.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • In case of a return, a 2% payment gateway fee shall be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded to the customer

  • The Customer will have to bear all shipping and return shipping costs as per actual; remaining amount will be refunded once the order is returned.

  • Non-returnable items (e.g., intimate apparel, perishable goods) are not eligible.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email or call us at [info@dnmsports.com/7873077717] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label or instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack and return the item within 3 days of approval.

  4. Processing the Return: After inspection, your refund will be initiated.

  5. Unsolicited Returns: Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

  7. Important:
    For any dispute, a complete unboxing video is required to protect both buyer and seller from fraudulent claims.

Refunds

  • Processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If the original method is no longer valid, we will issue store credit or a bank transfer.

Damaged or Defective Products
Inspect your items upon delivery. If damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

Fastest way to exchange:
Return the item, and once accepted, place a new order.

Exceptions:
Only products with size attributes (e.g., clothing, shoes) can be exchanged for size issues.
In such cases, return pickup and re-shipping fees will apply.

Refunds for Product Defects or Order Issues
If we are unable to fulfil your order, or if there's an error (wrong item, manufacturing defect), we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

For manufacturing defects (e.g., Paddles), we will coordinate with the brand and update you on the resolution—either a new item or a refund.

Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch:

    • 2% cancellation fee applies (payment gateway charges).

  • After Dispatch:

    • 2% fee still applies; remaining amount will be refunded once the order is returned.

    • Customers will have to bear all shipping and return shipping costs as per actual; remaining amount will be refunded once the order is returned.

To cancel, please contact us before your order has shipped. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
